MORE INFO

Wheathill Golf Club is a "Ready Golf" course

You can all help to speed up play by adopting "Ready Golf" in

all games other than Match Play

ON THE TEE

No "Honour" - the first player on the tee plays first

FROM TEE TO GREEN

All golfers should  go to their own ball.

When you reach your ball and the course is clear  ….Play!

(even if your playing partners have not reached their ball)

When waiting to play, decide on your shot, select your club,

and be ready to play when it is your turn.

LOST BALLS

Players should help to look for a lost ball, only after they

have found and played their own ball. if a ball is not found

within 3 minutes, it is considered lost.

(If there is a chance your ball may be lost, play a provisional

ball just in case)

ON THE GREEN

Leave bags, buggies & trollies on the exit side of the green.

Survey your shot whilst others are putting, so that you are

ready to putt when it is your turn. First player to hole out

picks up the flag.

MARK YOUR CARDS AFTER LEAVING THE GREEN

Adopt these principles, and the game will speed up and

be more enjoyable

All Casual golf is to be played from the YELLOW TEES for Men and RED TEES for Ladies.

WHITE TEES are for Competition use only.
